Transitions: Take Your Favorite Spring Jeans into Fall

Transitions: Take Your Favorite Spring Jeans into Fall

Pastel jeans were not only a seasonal favorite, but also essential in the spring and summer months. After splurging on a favorite shade mint (and peach and lilac), why store them so soon?

Bring this statement piece into the Syracuse weather and save money and time by simply changing up the outfit.

In order to transition pastel pants into the colder months, you should have these three essential items:

1. A scarf

2. A cropped or mid-length jacket or blazer

3. Thigh high boots

The scarf should be a light wool or cotton material and have enough fabric to wrap around loosely. Both the jacket or blazer and the boots should be in basic, dark tones, such as brown, navy, hunter green or black.  These tones will offset the brightness of the jeans. Once you have these three items perfected, your outfit will be cozy and complete.
