First Date Attire

First Date Attire

Lauren Conrad’s style blog explores five different outfit choices to help you look your best on a first date. The outfits differ based on occasion, but all five of the choices are fun, youthful and simple.

Laurens first outfit focuses on what to wear when going on a movie date. Skinny jeans, a printed neutral blouse and nude sweater are comfortable and flirty at the same time. She makes this outfit stand out by adding yellow earrings and fun lace up shoes.

Her second option illustrates what to wear when going on a first date to a nice restaurant; a simple yellow dress that is about knee-length, with a nude trench coat and snake skin clutch. She pairs the outfit with back heels and chandelier earrings that accentuate the color in the dress.

The next outfit is for  what to wear when going to an art show or museum. The colors are simple in this outfit, black leather skirt, white blouse and nude clutch and she brightens it up with a colorful bracelet. One could also brighten this outfit up with a colored bag or flats, to add extra intensity to this outfit.

Lauren’s last outfit choice illustrates what to wear when going to a bar on a first date. Dark flared jeans paired with a coral blouse and black wedges. She matches the black wedges with a black leather coat and colored jewelry. This outfit is sophisticated while still remaining fun and flirty. All of these outfits are cute, fun and flirty, but mature as well.
